Security System Pricing & FAQ

Monitoring Packages

  • No way. The only prices you will pay on start up are your quoted cost of parts and installation, and the first period (quarter or year) of your security package. Nothing else.

  • Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your package anytime you like just by contacting us; even if you are within the period of an agreement. (We may require a newly signed agreement).

    NOTE: Some security equipment may not be functional without a certain tiered package.

  • Yes! We offer a $2/month discount for annual payment and $2/month/location multilocation discount.

    We also offer 10% senior, military, and first responder discounts.

  • We accept:

    - ACH bank account transfers

    - all major credit and debit cards (includes a small processing fee)

    - mailed-in checks

  • Absolutely! When paying any invoice, you can select “autopay” to have that payment method automatically used for monitoring invoices only, or both monitoring and service inoices.

  • As a standard, we offer 3-year agreements. Other terms are available upon request.

  • Outside your agreement term, you can cancel your service with as little as 24-hours notice with absolutely no cancellation fees.

 

Service & Installation

  • During your Security Review, we will discuss specific pricing and how we can best secure your property within your budget.

    We’ll send your quote via email. You can review and make any necessary revisions. When you’re ready, you can sign online (currently residential customers only).

    Once you sign, we’ll reach out to schedule your installation.

    After your installation, we will send an invoice for the exact quoted dollar amount to your desired address (mail or email).

    For the majority of installations, payment is due “in full upon completion”. Large projects may require a deposit.

  • Currently, we do not offer any formal payment plans. Invoices are due upon completion.

  • No we do not. With us, your system belongs to you entirely. That has a few advantages:

    - When you move, we won’t remove the system

    - If you can no longer afford your monitoring package, you can still use your system locally

    - You’re free to cancel whenever you like without buying out the cost of your system

  • Of course. Everything we sell comes with a minimum of a 1-year full parts and labor warranty. After that, many device’s manufacturer warranties can be 2 or 3 years or even longer.

    Feel free to ask for more warranty details for your specific devices.

  • Unless you have chosen a service plan add-on, servicing of your system is “time & materials”. This means you pay only for the service that you need.

    Over the years, we have found this to be the most fair servicing structure. (As compared to a service plan that is built-in to the monitoring package, the “time and materials” structure is almost always the more affordable option in the long run).

  • We do! For the sake of transparency, service plans are quoted as an add-on, and pricing is based on the size and type of system. Contact us for more information.
